THE GOOD:
GNR Debuts their first new song in like 15 years, in a video game.
The first time AC/DC signed off on a rhythm game. It could be any of their songs, and people are pumped.
First Dylan song. This one is going to be hilarious to sing.
Elvis Costello "Pump it up". One of the best all time get-me-psyched-songs (along with "Nothin' but a house party", and "Thunder Road").
Livin' on a Prayer will let everyone, everywhere relive 80's night.
A good Metallica song.
Motorhead, Megadeath, RATT.
Dinosaur Jr.
Mastadon is going to be what I play when I am drunk and want to impress people.
Fucking Eye of the Tiger.
THE BAD:
70's songs are all well and good, but their pushing it with all the Rush. Jim is hyped, though.
Everytime I hear "Hungry like the Wolf", all I can think off is Andy Dick sucking off a cucumber.
Bikini Kill sucks.
L7 sucks.
"Down with the sickness" is seriously in this game? Like some kid kept writing letters to Harmonix, pleading them to let him sing "OOH-AH-AH-AH-AH!!"
The Donnas were already blessed when they got a song in Guitar Hero 2. Someone from on the Rock Band team is definitely fucking one of them.
There is absolutely no need for bonus songs anymore with the new Xbox Live format. I don't think I played any of the Bonus tracks in Rock Band 1. Nu-Metal is for kids. I guess video games are, too.
Pearl Jam is the worst band ever. Hands-down.
Guilty Pleasures:
Fleetwood Mac: I have been secretly gunning for them. Actually Stevie Nicks "Edge of Seventeen".
When I hear that Lit song, I immediately start bumping around, singing it wrong.
P.O.T.U.S.A - Get it?
"SCHPOOOONMAYYYNNEE!" "Get off My Wave" would have been a little better. Such is life.
The Offspring could have possibly written the dumbest song ever.
Modest Mouse, Silversun Pickups, Interpol, Jimmy Eat World. Panic at the Disco. fun stuff. No regrets, bro.
I know Tenacious D sucks, and Jack Black blew it. But you will smile when you play this song.
Just like Buster Bluth, it should be all right.
